This Privacy Policy describes how The Send (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, application, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information — email, name, or login identifiers you provide.
Connected social accounts — when you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Rumble, or similar platforms, we receive tokens and profile identifiers those platforms provide (for example page name, channel id, username). We use these to publish content you schedule.
Content you create — captions, hashtags, media files, schedules, and brand settings you upload or generate in the Service.
Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, device info, logs, and approximate timestamps for security and reliability.
Payment data — if you purchase a plan, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

Provide, operate, and improve The Send (scheduling, generating, and publishing short videos).
Authenticate you and maintain connected social accounts.
Publish content to platforms you authorize, at times you schedule.
Send service-related messages (security, billing, support).
Prevent abuse, enforce terms, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Rumble)

When you connect a platform, you authorize us to access and use APIs according to that platform’s rules and the permissions you grant. We store access tokens securely and use them only to perform actions you request (for example upload a Reel or Short). You can disconnect accounts in the Service; you should also revoke access in the platform’s app settings if available.

Each platform has its own privacy policy. Their handling of data after publication is governed by them, not by us.

4. AI-generated content

If you use AI features (captions, scripts, voice), prompts and generated text/audio may be processed by our AI providers solely to deliver the feature. Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts you do not want processed.

5. Sharing

We may share information with:

Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, AI, and payment processors under contract.
Social platforms — when you instruct us to publish.
Legal — if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We keep account, connection, and content data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encrypted storage of connection tokens where implemented). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

Disconnect social accounts in The Send.
Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
Opt out of non-essential marketing emails (service emails may still be sent).

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International users

We may process data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
