The Send helps you create, schedule, and publish short-form video and related content to social platforms you connect (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Rumble). Features may include AI-assisted captions, hashtags, media generation, calendars, and analytics over time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcode, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and publish as you direct.
You represent that you have all rights needed for your content (including music, likenesses, trademarks, and footage) and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

AI-generated captions, scripts, voice, or suggestions are tools only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publish. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; do not rely on them as professional, legal, or medical advice.
Paid plans, if offered, are described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly state. We may change pricing for future periods with notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful delivery to every platform, reach, views, or business results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of connected platforms, or your violation of these Terms or law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or risk to the Service or others. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where prohibited.
